Are your vintage clothes professionally cleaned before shipping?
Yes, all items undergo a professional steaming and cleaning process appropriate for their fabric type. However, for delicate antique items, we recommend a specialized dry cleaning once received to maintain their longevity.
How can I be sure the item will fit me?
Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide exact measurements in inches for every garment, including chest, waist, hips, and length. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own.
What is your return policy on one-of-a-kind pieces?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as sent, with all original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was misrepresented.
